What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We anonymize all IP addresses. They are not visible to us through the Google administration interface. Google Analytics does not collect any other identity related data through our website, no names, not age or e-mail address or any other unique identifiers. The data is not collected and stored by us, but by the service provided by Google.

Embedded Youtube Videos
We use Youtube videos on our website. This service is provided by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Youtube is a subsidiary of Google.
When you visit a page with an embedded Youtube video, a connection is made to the Youtube servers and cookies are used to track viewing history/behaviour. If you as a user are registered and logged in with a Youtube account, the service will link your viewing history/behaviour with your account.
In our contact form we ask users to provide a name, e-mail address alongside the message they would like to send. This information is used to reply to the sender and stored in our e-mail system as relevant to the conversation.
On our website we provide a form to register for a newsletter sent at frequent intervals. The registration requires your express permission to collect the data required for sending of the newsletter, which is a name and e-mail address.
We make use of a Double-Optin procedure to validate newsletter registration. The reader can unsubscribe at any time through a link given in the welcome e-mail and all newsletters.
The data provided through the newsletter registration (name and email address) are used solely for the purpose of sending newsletters and not shared with any other party than the provider of our newsletter service, SendinBlue.
